Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA)

We are hiring dynamic and result-driven professionals for the role of Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA) to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to business expansion in the EdTech domain.

Mandatory requirements-

• 3–6 years of experience
• Minimum 1years of mandatory experience in EdTech sales

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, and closing
• Handle high-value prospects and build strong client relationships
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent conversions
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies

Other Requirements

• Proven track record in sales (mandatory)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of EdTech products/services

Education

• UG: B.Tech (Tech), B.Com / BBA (Non-Tech)
• PG: M.Tech (Tech), MBA (Marketing & Sales)

Age Criteria

• Up to 31 years

Background

EdTech or a combination of EdTech & Non-EdTech experience

Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹1,140,000.00 per year
