Senior Business Development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related field
• 3–5 years relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
• Experience with corporate/high-value clients, sales pipelines, and commercial negotiations
• Real estate, property, media, or advertising experience preferred
• Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business and revenue growth strategies
• Acquire new clients, markets, and strategic partners
• Manage key accounts and client relationships
• Lead proposals, negotiations, contracts, and partnerships
• Maintain the sales pipeline and monitor revenue performance
• Coordinate with internal teams and report results to management
• Represent the company in client meetings, events, and networking
• Mentor junior team members when needed

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
