The Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Business Development professional to help accelerate the growth of Magna Financial across France.

This is a senior, market-facing opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the French FX market, an established network of clients, introducers and professional contacts, and a proven track record of turning relationships into revenue.

You will have the autonomy to develop your own market, leverage your existing network and build long-term revenue across both Corporate and Private Clients as Magna continues to expand across Europe.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive new business across France through your existing network, relationships, referrals and targeted business development.
• Leverage your client book and professional network to identify and convert new opportunities.
• Develop and grow relationships with clients, introducers and intermediaries.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial introduction through to onboarding, trade execution and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities across both Corporate and Private Clients and understand their FX requirements.
• Build strong relationships with professional networks including wealth managers, mortgage advisors, real estate professionals and financial advisers.
• Develop repeat business, referrals and increased revenue from existing relationships.
• Take ownership of your pipeline, activity and revenue performance.
• Work closely with Trading, Sales Support and Finance to ensure a smooth client journey.
• Use your knowledge of the French market to identify new sectors, regions and partnership opportunities.
• Contribute market intelligence and insight to Magna's wider European growth strategy.

You'll ideally bring:

• Proven senior experience in FX sales, currency exchange or a related financial services environment.
• An established network of clients, introducers, intermediaries or professional contacts across France.
• An existing client book or strong relationships that you can leverage within a new business environment.
• A proven track record of generating new business and revenue.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• The confidence and autonomy to take ownership of your own market and pipeline.
• Fluent French and English. Additional European languages are advantageous.
