Senior Business Development Executive - BPO/KPO

Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 5 - 12 LPA)** Min Experience: 2+ years

Requirements

• Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, referrals, and other channels
• Identify and target potential clients across international markets, particularly the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe
• Make regular cold calls and outbound sales calls to decision-makers
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable BPO/KPO and outsourcing solutions
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and online meetings with prospects
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage prospects through the complete sales cycle
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations
• Negotiate with prospects and independently close deals
• Follow up consistently with leads and convert opportunities into paying clients
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets
• Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams for smooth client onboarding
• Develop long-term relationships with existing and newly acquired clients
