Skills Required Actively seek out New Sales Opportunities in the US Market through Cold Calling, Networkingand online portals.

• Able to Identify Selling Possibilities and Evaluate Customer Needs
• Generate Leads, compile and update customer database, exploring US and Canada markets forStructural Steel Detailing Services
• Set up meetings with potential clients and explore business synergies
• Negotiate and close deals and handle customer grievances
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt tochange within a fast-paced business environment
• Ensure customer communication through brochures, email campaigns, presentation showcasingcapabilities
• Desired Candidate Profile 6 to 15 years of relevant experience in steel detailing industry for the US market
• Candidates will be required to work in the US shift (5 PM to 2 AM) Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for communicating with international clients
• Should be able to negotiate with clients and customers to get higher profit margins
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track records in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
