Senior Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, direct outreach, digital channels, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real-estate investment and property options.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients and convert leads into successful bookings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 110 years of relevant experience in real estate, business development, sales, BFSI, or related industries.
• Candidates with prior experience in real-estate sales, channel sales, or property advisory will be preferred.
• Should be comfortable with client meetings, networking, and property/site visits.
• Strong local market knowledge and an existing professional network will be an advantage.
