Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Online UG and PG degree programs to prospective students.
• Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand students career goals and recommend relevant degree programs.
• Explain program structure, eligibility, fees, admission process, and other relevant details.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and admission targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and enrollment process.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Online Degree / UG-PG sales.
• Hands-on experience selling online university programs.
• Experience with universities such as Amity, Manipal, Shoolini, VGU, NMIMS, or similar universities.
• Experience in a Channel Partner setup is preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
