Career141 partners with organisations across Sri Lanka and overseas to find senior and executive talent. We’re looking for a driven Senior Executive – Business Development to open doors and bring in new clients.

What you’ll do

• Generate new business from local and overseas markets through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach and networking
• Identify and approach CXOs, HR heads and decision-makers at target companies
• Represent Career141 at industry events, forums and networking sessions
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, and keep the CRM up to date
• Understand client hiring needs and work with our recruitment team to deliver
• Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets
• Keep an eye on market trends and new opportunities in local and international markets

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years of business development or B2B sales experience
• Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach
• Excellent spoken and written English (Sinhala/Tamil a plus)
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and organised
• Experience in recruitment, HR services or overseas markets (Middle East, Singapore, etc.) is a strong advantage
