Senior Business Development Executive

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the studio's business growth. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the design, architecture, or interior design industry, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline
• Understand client needs and present relevant design services and solutions
• Prepare proposals, conduct client meetings, and negotiate to close deals
• Collaborate with internal design teams to support client requirements and business opportunities
• Explore market trends and identify opportunities for business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the design, architecture, or interior design industry
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset
