Senior Business Development Executive – E-Commerce

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sales & Tele-Calling

• Prospect and reach out to SME leads via cold calls, WhatsApp, and email

• Qualify leads and convert them into appointments or event attendees

• Follow up consistently and manage your own sales pipeline

Proposal & Pitching

• Prepare customised proposals and quotations for potential clients

• Present and pitch Alibaba.com membership packages and managed services to business owners

• Conduct product demos and consultations (in-person or virtual)

• Represent GoCross at trade events, roadshows, and SME expos

Account & Relationship Management

• Onboard new clients and ensure smooth handover to operations team

• Maintain relationships with existing clients for renewals and upselling

• Track sales activity and report weekly to management

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field

• Min. 3-5 years experience in B2B sales, telesales, or business development

• Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with rejection

• Knowledge of e-commerce or Alibaba.com is a plus — full training provided
