Senior Business Development (IT Solution)

About the Role

Generate qualified mid-market traffic for Copilot workshops and ensure disciplined follow-up into Security opportunities.

Reporting Line

Reports to the Business Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Build prioritized mid-market account lists and contact plans
• Recruit decision makers and influencers into Copilot workshops
• Coordinate campaigns, invitations, registrations and attendance
• Co-sell with Microsoft and follow up every workshop participant
• Qualify Security needs and hand over sales-ready opportunities

Must-Have Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
• Fluent professional English and Vietnamese communication skills, written and spoken.
• 3+ years in B2B lead generation, inside sales or solution sales
• Track record creating pipeline through campaigns and events
• Strong phone, digital outreach and stakeholder engagement skills
• Disciplined, consistent and forecast hygiene
• Customer-facing activities across Vietnam as required.
• Expected travel includes business travel across Vietnam based on customer, partner, and market needs.
• The role may require travel to Singapore for business meetings or trainingd
