Senior Business Development Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Win new corporate accounts, including real estate developers, asset reconstruction companies, and corporate legal firms.
• Institutional Partnerships: Tie up with banks, housing finance companies, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to get listed on their approved panel of property valuers.
• Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for valuation and technical advisory services.
• Key Account Management: Maintain strong long-term ties with risk, credit, and technical heads at lending institutions.
• Market Expansion: Spot emerging real estate trends and expansion zones to pitch specialized appraisal and advisory services.

Key Requirements

• Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of real estate markets, property laws, and asset valuation standards.
• Network: Active contacts with bank credit teams, chartered accountants, and real estate developers.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to close corporate service-level agreements (SLAs) and pitch complex financial service offerings.
