Position: Business Development Sr. Manager
Location: Pune / Mumbai
Company: Yatra Freight
Function: Business Development / Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and build a strong sales pipeline
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Achieve revenue and gross margin targets
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure repeat and consistent business
- Manage customer onboarding and processes
- Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners
- Handle and manage the sales team
Candidate Requirements:
- Post Graduate in any discipline; SCM/Logistics preferred
- Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics
- Strong selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Good commercial and analytical understanding
- Strong customer relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of minimum 3 freight forwarding products
- Good knowledge of world geography
