Senior Business Development Manager

Business Performance Analysis

• Analyze revenue, profit, margin, and cost structure
• Identify key drivers of business performance increases and decreases
• Generate data-driven business insights
• Formulate strategic recommendations for the Board of Directors

Market & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence
• Analyze industry trends in logistics, supply chain, and freight forwarding
• Identify market threats and opportunities
• Benchmark company performance against competitors

Executive Reporting

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the Board of Directors
• Deliver data-driven strategic recommendations
• Develop presentation materials for Board Meetings

Business Development Support

• Support the Sales team in developing sales strategies
• Develop pricing strategies
• Identify opportunities for service and regional expansion
• Assist in preparing strategic business proposals

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain sector
• Solid knowledge of freight forwarding, EMKL/Trucking, Export-Import, Ocean Freight (OFT), and Air Freight (AFT) is highly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership qualities with a strong sense of initiative
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Willingness to travel as required
• Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A)
• Willing to be placed in Bekasi (KHI)
