Senior Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in landscaping, cleaning, stewarding and waste management services
• Lead, mentor, and oversee the business development team to drive sales targets, foster professional growth, and align daily activities with company expansion goals.
• Monitor team performance, track sales pipelines, and report

• Monitor team performance, track sales pipelines, and report progress, KPIs, and revenue metrics regularly to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
• Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
• Prepare quotations, tenders, proposals and presentations
• Conduct site visits and understand operational requirements before pricing
• Meet sales targets and support company growth strategies
• Track market trends, competitor activities and customer needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of sales / business development experience in environmental services
• Strong knowledge of landscaping, cleaning, stewarding or waste management (must have at least one)
• Experience in tender / quotation preparation is an advantage
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently
• A valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
