Senior Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social media and events.
• Conduct market research to identify new selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Create engaging content for various platforms aimed at attracting and converting leads.
• Conducting sales meetings with clients, either virtually or by visits in person.
• Introducing, demonstrating, and familiarizing clients with products or services and negotiating sales deals with clients.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize lead generation efforts.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, trade shows and promotional activities to attract potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients to gather feedback and improve marketing tactics.
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and sales performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Sales and Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing tools and techniques. Proven track record in developing successful lead generation campaigns and sales.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team and handling team
