Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to strengthen the company's presence and accelerate growth across Latin America (LATAM). The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the CFD, forex, or online trading industry, with a proven ability to develop strategic partnerships, expand market reach, and drive sustainable revenue growth across the region.

Job Responsibilities

• Expand the company's existing presence across LATAM and drive regional growth.
• Develop and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and opportunities to increase client acquisition and trading volumes.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and strengthen existing business relationships.
• Contribute to the company's wider commercial strategy and long-term growth.

Requirements

• Experience in business development within the CFD, forex, or online trading industry.
• Established network of IBs, affiliates, or industry contacts across LATAM.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency is highly desirable.
