• Organised to the bone: you can run the administration of a growing firm without losing the plot or the paperwork.

• Fluent in rooms: ministries, boardrooms, site offices, and dinner tables.

What you’ll do

• Hunt, shape, and close opportunities across institutional, cultural, and commercial sectors.
• Build and own relationships with clients, partners, and government bodies.
• Turn Elevate’s story into contracts.
• Bring structure and leadership to how the business runs day-to-day.
• Sit at the table where the company’s direction is decided.
