Senior Business Development Manager (IT Domain)

Wama Technology is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager specializing in B2B IT services and custom software sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle, including targeted outbound prospecting, building relationships with CXOs, Founders and Business Owners, conducting discovery sessions, understanding client requirements, presenting and negotiating proposals, and closing custom software development, system integration and AI-enabled solution deals. The role also involves coordinating with technical teams and solution architects to finalize scopes of work and commercial proposals, maintaining accurate CRM records, managing the sales pipeline and following up with prospects. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of verifiable experience in B2B IT services/custom software sales, a proven record of personally originating and closing multiple deals valued between ₹10 lakh and ₹50 lakh, and strong outbound business development and consultative selling skills. Experience selling custom technology solutions to international/overseas markets is desirable. The position is full-time and onsite at Borivali West, Mumbai, with a salary of up to ₹10 LPA.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
