What You’ll Do:

Strategic Hunting: Identify and onboard high-value global DSP and SSP partners. You own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to technical integration and scaling.

Market Architect: Act as our eyes and ears in the local market, translating DSP needs and programmatic trends (Sellers.json, OpenRTB 2.6, Cookieless ID solutions) into actionable growth strategies.

Partnership Management: Orchestrate end-to-end contract execution and settlement. You are the primary advocate for your partners, ensuring long-term revenue growth and operational excellence.

Who You Are:

Ad-Tech Veteran: 5+ years of battle-tested experience in BD/Sales within the Programmatic/ADX space

Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Ad Exchange mechanics, Header Bidding, and programmatic supply/demand dynamics.

Global Negotiator: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate diverse business cultures (especially the fast-paced Israeli and US tech scenes).
