HB International headhunters are seeking a Business Intelligence Automation Developer for a leading multinational company. This position will develop business opportunities and expand strategic relationships with multinational accounts through a consultative, results-focused approach.

Sr. Business Intelligence Specialist LATAM – (Automation Developer). ADVANCED ENGLISH.

Main Objective: Eliminate repetitive jobs by replacing them with automated processes, increasing productivity and reducing costs.

Candidates should demonstrate at least three of the following:

✅ Power Apps production applications with 100+ active users

✅ Enterprise approval workflows in Power Automate

✅ Dataverse implementations

✅ SharePoint-based business solutions

✅ Power BI dashboards integrated with Power Platform

✅ API integrations with ERP systems

✅ Governance and security implementation

Previous experience in areas such as: Finance Automation, Procurement Processes, Supply Chain Workflows, SLA Management, Approval Governance, Working Capital Analytics, and Executive Dashboards. These areas relate to the processes the company needs to automate in LATAM.

Detailed Activities:

Solution Design & Development

• Design and develop scalable Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows and enterprise automations
• Develop data models using Dataverse and SharePoint
• Create reusable components and application frameworks
• Perform application testing, deployment, and continuous improvement

Business Process Automation

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Design approval workflows and exception handling mechanisms
• Implement SLA monitoring and escalation processes
• Reduce manual activities through workflow automation

Data & Reporting

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Power BI reporting environments
• Support the creation of KPI dashboards and operational metrics
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance
• Design reporting structures that support business decision-making
