What You'll Do

Senior Business Transformation Analyst is a key member with a consulting mindset that partners with internal stakeholders on analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving strategic change. This high-visibility role involves conducting assessments, developing data-driven recommendations, and facilitating organizational change, working closely with senior leaders across the company.

This high-visibility role involves conducting assessments, developing data-driven recommendations, and facilitating organizational change, working closely with senior leaders across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across business processes
• Use data analysis and visualization tools to uncover patterns, trends, and root causes, and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Develop, test, and iterate corrective and preventive process solutions using agile and continuous-improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC)
• Design measurable KPIs, grounded in available telemetry, to track solution effectiveness against desired outcomes
• Build relationships across the organization to gather requirements, align on priorities, and communicate project progress
• Lead or support cross-functional project delivery to ensure initiatives achieve business goals
• Partner with business stakeholders to build test plans, support UAT, and operationalize process changes and automations

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, or advanced Excel; experience with visualization tools such as Power BI
• Hands-on experience with process mapping and re-engineering methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC)
• Track record defining and tracking KPIs to measure transformation success
• Practical experience using AI tools, whether to boost personal productivity or to deploy AI-driven solutions that improve process efficiency at scale
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into simple, compelling narratives for any audience
• Strong stakeholder management: builds rapport and credibility quickly at every level of the organization; skilled at listening, influencing, negotiating, and coaching
• Comfort with ambiguity and able to build frameworks that turn undefined problems into pragmatic, achievable execution plans
• Solid project and time management skills; thrives in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
• Ownership and accountability for driving projects to business outcomes
