Role & responsibilities
- Floating enquiries to get techno commercial offers in time
- Evaluation of commercial offer received
- Cost base analysis to arrive cost to be finalized
- Post technical evaluation report, Commercial negotiations with vendors
- Contract finalization ensuring zero risk
- Ensure availability of required documents post order for technical evaluation
- Contract management
- Ensuring timely delivery of material as per Project requirement including logistics in coordination with project execution team.
- Preparing Procurement tracker
- Required exposure to SAP MM Module
- Required exposure of Import, Export and freight forwarder
- New vendor development
- Periodic evaluation of vendors based on quality, delivery and cost performance
- Payment follow-up with Finance and execution coordination with project team.
Preferred candidate profile
Prior Experience in EPC T&D
