Criteria for C++ :

• The customer is specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in Embarcadero C++Builder, which is a different technology and its the mandatory skill for this position. (not just C++ or MFC C++).
• C++ Builder - Rapid Application Development (RAD) environment.
• Good SQL query and database skills

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced C++ Lead Developer with strong expertise in application development on the Windows platform. The ideal candidate should possess solid hands-on experience in modern C++ development, object-oriented programming concepts, SQL programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C++ on Windows OS
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop scalable and high-performance software solutions
• Work on application enhancements, bug fixing, and performance optimization
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis
• Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and support teams
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices
• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures
• Support production deployments and post-release activities
• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of application development experience using C++
• Strong experience working on Windows-based applications
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in SQL and Stored Procedures
• Strong debugging and analytical/problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in CST time zone overlap

Good to Have Skills (Optional)

• Experience with GitHub or other version control tools
• Experience with C++ Builder
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
