SENIOR CAD OPERATOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the activities in creating, revising and updating the drawing.
• Manage the coordination in updating the drawings to construction section and contract team
• Manage and record all created, revised and updated drawings.
• Manage the monitoring in creating, revising updated shop drawings progresses.
• Manage the implementation of how to measure and monitor activities to ensure conformity to codes, construction norms, and client requirements to adhere in the drawings.
• Manage the implementation for the directives about proper use of resources and methodological work sequence (MS/MOS)
• Make a forecasted schedule for the civil workshop drawing completions and monitor the CAD operators to meet the schedule.
• Make comprehensive report in monitoring the approval of submitted shop drawings based on engineers remarks status.
• Make necessary report related with drawing report as instructed periodically.
• Request and follow-up the shop drawing from every sub-con.
• Check the shop drawing whether it much to ER and CTD.
• Follow the Manager's instruction and revise or coordinate with sub-con to update the shop drawing.
• Update the shop drawing progress report every week.

EDUCATION

• Graduate of Civil Engineering and/or Architecture
• Previously hold CAD Senior Position
• With minimum 5 years of work experience

KEYS KIILLS

• Good verbal and written communication
• Proficient in MS Excel and other Office applications
• Preferably with previous work experience in Shop Drawing Coordination from Japanese Contractor/Company.
• Has the management and coordination capacity
