About the Opportunity

Our client is a global leader in semiconductor test and automation technology, developing advanced test platforms used by many of the world's leading chip manufacturers. They are seeking a Senior Calibration Engineer to support next-generation memory test systems through calibration, diagnostics, characterization, and software development initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop calibration and diagnostic software architectures
• Develop advanced calibration algorithms for precision measurement systems
• Drive characterization strategies for new instrumentation and hardware platforms
• Analyze large datasets to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities
• Investigate complex hardware and software interactions to determine root causes
• Collaborate closely with hardware, FPGA, systems, manufacturing, and product engineering teams
• Develop scalable software frameworks supporting engineering and manufacturing operations
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership on critical projects
• Drive software quality, automation, and development best practices

What You'll Bring

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of engineering experience
• Expert-level C++ development experience
• Strong understanding of calibration methodologies and measurement science
• Experience analyzing complex hardware/software interactions
• Strong debugging and data analysis skills
• Ability to work closely with hardware development teams
• Preferred Experience
• Semiconductor Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
• Precision measurement systems
• High-speed digital instrumentation
• Signal integrity, eye diagrams, and TDR analysis
• FPGA-based measurement systems
• Advanced statistical analysis
• Cross-functional technical leadership
