Job Opportunity

About the Role:

As a Senior Care Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and guiding care staff to deliver safe, effective, person-centred care
• Dispensing and managing medication in line with our policies and procedures
• Maintaining and updating accurate care plans and documentation
• Promoting residents’ well-being, respecting their individuality, dignity, and preferences
• Supporting the Management Team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home

Essential Skills

What We Are Looking For:

Essential:

• Previous experience in a care setting
• Confidence in leading shifts and managing care delivery
• Willingness to pursue further training and qualifications

Desirable:

• NVQ Level 2 or above in Health & Social Care
• Experience in medication administration

Additionally, you should have:

• A genuine passion to make a positive impact
• A hardworking and motivated attitude
• A respectful, compassionate, and team-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You will also be encouraged to actively engage residents through meaningful conversations, shared interests, and daily routines tailored to their individual lifestyles.
