Senior Carpenter

• Perform repair and refurbishment of damaged wooden pallets to meet operational and production standards.

• Optimize material usage to reduce waste and cost.

• Maintain tools and ensure safe working conditions.

• Inspect pallets and determine repair vs. replacement.

• Manufacture new wooden pallets as required based on operational demand.

  • Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and procedures at all times.
  • Enforce proper use of PPE (gloves, safety shoes, goggles, etc.) by self and team members.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure tools and equipment are safe to use.
  • Immediately report and address any unsafe conditions or incidents.
  • Ensure pallets used in production meet hygiene and contamination control standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role

• Must have technical know-how of wood cutting and shaping

  • Able to solve simple tools breakdowns
  • Able to handle team and deal with peers
