Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cataloguing Executive to manage end-to-end jewellery product cataloguing and ensure accurate, complete, and consistent product information across company platforms and catalogues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end cataloguing of jewellery products.
• Create and maintain detailed product descriptions, specifications, product codes, prices, and product attributes.
• Ensure correct product categorization, naming conventions, and data standards.
• Coordinate with photography, design, inventory, sales, and production teams.
• Review and verify product data for accuracy before publishing.
• Maintain and regularly update product databases and catalogues.
• Identify and resolve product data errors, duplicates, and discrepancies.
• Ensure timely cataloguing of new jewellery collections and product updates.
• Maintain cataloguing standards, guidelines, and documentation.
• Support the team in improving cataloguing processes and data accuracy.
• Monitor the quality and consistency of product information across platforms.
• Handle large volumes of jewellery product data efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in cataloguing, product data management, e-commerce, or jewellery-related operations.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and strong data management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of jewellery products, terminology, and specifications.
• Strong coordination and team-handling skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of product information.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify data discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
