Senior CCTV Operator / CCTV Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and professional Senior CCTV Operator / CCTV Supervisor to support a prestigious luxury retail project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong CCTV monitoring, investigation, and incident reporting skills, with excellent English communication abilities and the confidence to coordinate with senior security management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems and identify suspicious activities, security breaches, and operational irregularities.
• Conduct CCTV footage reviews, transaction monitoring, and incident investigations.
• Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, investigation findings, and supporting documentation.
• Follow up on incidents and coordinate with relevant security and management teams.
• Communicate professionally with Security Directors, the Middle East Security Manager, and international stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive security information responsibly.
• Ensure compliance with established security procedures and reporting standards.
• Support control room operations and provide guidance to team members where required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant CCTV operations experience.
• Experience in luxury retail stores, premium brands, or shopping malls is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV surveillance, transaction reviews, incident investigation, and evidence handling.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to prepare professional incident reports.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and independent decision-making ability.
• Professional demeanour and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Previous supervisory experience will be an advantage.
