Senior Chef de Partie – Progression to Sous Chef

The Hampden is on the lookout for a Senior Chef de Partie who is ready to take the next step in their career, with the goal of progressing into a Sous Chef role in the future.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong organisational and time-management skills

• Has a solid understanding of day-to-day kitchen operations

• Is confident running a section and leading by example

• Has a good understanding of all the basics of cooking and kitchen prep

• Is confident with basic meat and fish butchery

• Takes pride in consistency, cleanliness and presentation

• Works well within a team and can stay calm under pressure

• Is looking for a long-term position and genuine career progression

This is a great opportunity for a motivated chef who wants to develop their leadership skills, take on more responsibility and eventually step into a Sous Chef position.
