About the role

Support the manufacturing of clinical cell therapy products in a cGMP environment. This hands-on role focuses on aseptic processing , cleanroom operations, raw material preparation, and accurate batch record execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical cell therapy manufacturing activities according to cGMP standards.
• Execute aseptic processing , raw material preparation, SOPs, and batch records.
• Demonstrate and assist others with aseptic technique .
• Transfer and sanitize raw materials within the cleanroom suite.
• Report deviations and support technology transfer and process development activities.
• Support SOP and manufacturing documentation activities with Development and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Hands-on aseptic technique / aseptic processing experience.
• Experience working in a regulated cGMP manufacturing environment .
• Experience with SOPs and batch record execution .
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and move about during processing activities.
• Ability to occasionally move equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds .

Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):

• Estimated hourly range: $40–$47/hr (W-2) .
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
