Senior Celonis Process Mining Engineer

At Signify , we're taking Process Mining to the next level.

As part of our global SAP S/4HANA transformation, we're building an enterprise-wide Digital Twin , powered by Celonis , to connect business processes, systems, and data across our organization.

This is more than a traditional Process Mining role. It's a unique greenfield opportunity to help design a global Process Intelligence platform from the ground up, influence technical decisions, and establish best practices within our growing Process Mining Center of Excellence.

What you'll do

• Build and scale enterprise Process Mining solutions using Celonis and OCPM.
• Design and develop process data models, event logs, and ETL pipelines.
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications to enable end-to-end process visibility.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytical applications that help identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business challenges into technical solutions , working closely with global business and IT stakeholders.
• Enable AI-driven Process Intelligence by building reliable data foundations for intelligent automation and Agentic AI.
• Shape our Process Mining Center of Excellence , contributing to technical standards, reusable solutions, and best practices.
• You'll work across key business processes, including Source-to-Pay and Plan-to-Fulfill.

What you'll bring

• Strong hands-on experience implementing Celonis Process Mining solutions , ideally 5+ years.
• Solid knowledge of SAP ERP/S/4HANA data structures, data extraction, and integration .
• Experience developing ETL pipelines, process data models, dashboards, and KPIs .
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes and their supporting enterprise systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and Business teams.
• Experience in global transformation programs or building Process Mining capabilities from scratch would be a strong advantage.
