Senior Centre Manager

Full Job Description
We have partnered with a highly respected property group seeking an experienced Senior Centre Manager to oversee a portfolio of two centres, both of which are undergoing redevelopment. This is a hands-on role suited to a retail property professional who enjoys balancing operations, retailer engagement, and financial performance.

OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for the overall management of the centres, ensuring strong operational standards, excellent retailer relationships, and optimal financial performance for ownership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage budgets, forecasts, reporting, and operational expenditure
• Oversee rent collection, arrears, and lease compliance
• Monitor retailer performance and tenancy matters
• Support leasing activity and retail mix initiatives
• Oversee day-to-day centre operations and presentation
• Manage contractors, maintenance programs, and compliance requirements
• Lead and mentor the on-site team
• Build strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Work with marketing consultants on centre campaigns and activations

CRITERIA

• Experience in retail property or shopping centre management
• Current Real Estate Representative Certificate or Licence
• Strong financial, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing retailers, budgets, and centre operations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong leadership and experience managing a team
• Current driver's licence
• Working knowledge of shopping centre operations and facilities management preferred
