Senior Change Manager

1. Background

Seeking an experienced external Change Management & Communications Specialist to support strategic transformation initiatives. The engagement will ensure continuity of critical change activities while strengthening long-term organizational change capabilities.

2. Objective

Change management and communication support for key transformation initiatives while helping establish a sustainable and repeatable PROSCI-based change management framework.

3. Scope of Work

• Apply PROSCI-based change management methodologies and tools
• Conduct stakeholder, readiness, and change impact assessments
• Develop change management and communication plans
• Create change stories, messaging, and engagement materials
• Support resistance management and adoption tracking
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
• Coach internal stakeholders and support knowledge transfer
• Contribute to sustainable change management capability building

5. Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management, Communications, or Transformation Programs
• Practical experience with PROSCI methodology
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Experience developing communication strategies and materials
• Fluent English and German (C1 or C2 minimum)
• Healthcare, manufacturing, or engineering industry experience preferred
