• Prepare, bake, decorate, and maintain high-quality cakes
• Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.
• Supervise daily bakery operations and maintain efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ingredient ordering.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and minimize waste.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bakery staff.
• Lead, motivate, and develop employees to maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain excellent customer service.
• Manage daily cash reconciliation, sales reporting, and expense tracking.
• Close daily financial records, balancing income and expenses accurately.
• Monitor bakery performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure the bakery is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
