What they need
We require a motivated chef who is willing to contribute in a strong team, with a focus on high quality food prep and presentation. You will need a sound knowledge of Modern cooking methods working in a contemporary Kitchen with a good design.
- 3 Years plus experience in a busy venue preferred. Previous experience operating the pass and controlling the service is required. Must have Permanent work rights with No Restrictions.
- Diploma in Professional cookery level 5 preferred
- Two Fat Possums will provide an established venue with a great customer vibe and positive staff ready to have fun!
