Location: Ipswich

SALARY: £16.25 - £16.85 per hour (£29,304 - £30,521 per annum) Plus sleep-in allowance, £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep-ins per month, £3,000-£6,000 pa)

We are looking for a qualified Senior Support worker where you will become part of an amazing team at our 2 bed home, supporting children who have complex needs, Autism, behavioural and trauma, helping them to reach their full potential and have positive outcomes, providing a caring and nurturing environment and keeping them safe.

You will also work closely with Keys clinical team, ensuring each child gets the right support based on their individual needs.

What do you need?

• A minimum of 12 months experience working in a Childrens home with LD
• Knowledge of child-centred, therapeutic models.
• High Resilience, passionate and hands on
• level 3 or 4 in Childrens residential workforce minimim is essential
• You need to be able to work flexibly covering long day shifts, weekends and sleeps.
