Senior Civil Design/Land Development Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Civil Design Engineer who is passionate about land development, technically strong, and ready to take on a leadership role in delivering quality engineering solutions.

If you are a Licensed Civil Engineer with solid design experience and open to a Sign & Seal arrangement as part of the package, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and prepare civil engineering designs for land development projects
• Handle design and coordination for: (Subdivision Developments, Horizontal Developments, Mid-Rise Projects, &High-Rise Projects)
• Prepare and review: (Site development plans, Grading and drainage designs, Road networks and utility layouts, Stormwater and infrastructure designs)
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government agencies
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, local codes, and project requirements
• Provide engineering sign and seal for applicable documents and plans
• Support project execution and provide technical guidance during construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in civil design and land development
• Strong background in subdivision, horizontal, mid-rise, and high-rise projects
• Open to Sign & Seal arrangement as part of employment package
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related engineering software
• Strong technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
