An established engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join its growing Dubbo team.
 
This is a hands-on senior role combining civil design, project management, client relationships and team leadership, with the opportunity to take ownership of projects from feasibility through to delivery.

The Role

• Lead civil projects from feasibility through to delivery.
• Undertake and review civil design.
• Manage programs, budgets, clients and consultants.
• Mentor engineers and designers.
• Contribute to proposals and business development.
• Work across urban development and road infrastructure projects.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years' civil design/project management experience.
• Consulting engineering background.
• Strong 12d Model, Watercom Drains and AutoCAD skills.
• Experience with urban development and road infrastructure.
• Confident managing clients, projects and people.
• Practical, leadership-focused approach.
