About the Role

SD Majesta is seeking a Civil Engineer to join its team for a premium commercial development at Iscon Ambli Road, Ahmedabad.

The role involves managing day-to-day site execution, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering project activities within defined timelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction and site execution activities.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, resources, and execution targets.
• Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IS Codes, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolution of technical and execution-related challenges.
• Prepare and maintain site records, progress reports, inspection reports, and other project documentation.
• Support planning, execution, quantity verification, and measurement-related activities.
• Use AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other relevant engineering/planning tools for project coordination.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction/project execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and applicable codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage site execution and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in high-rise residential, premium residential, or high-end commercial projects will be preferred.
• Strong site execution and project coordination experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors and achieve project milestones.
• Proactive approach with strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
