Senior Civil Project Engineer

Are you an experienced Civil Project Manager looking for your next challenge with a well-established Tier 2 contractor?

Due to continued growth and a significant forward workload, we are seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to join a high-performing team delivering a diverse range of civil infrastructure projects in Auckland. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.

The Role

• Lead and manage multiple civil construction projects in the Land development space

• Oversee project delivery, budgets, programmes and resources

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

• Provide leadership, mentoring and support to project teams

• Drive quality outcomes and continuous improvement across projects

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager within New Zealand, primarily in Land development & Subdivisions
• Strong experience in Civil works in Auckland
• South Auckland Based
• Strong background delivering civil infrastructure projects
• Excellent commercial and financial management skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive, hands-on approach to project delivery
