Senior Civil Site Engineer

SENIOR CIVIL SITE ENGINEER:

Experience: 10-12 yrs

We are looking for a senior civil site engineer who manages on-site construction operations, leads technical teams, and ensures projects meet design specifications, safety standards, budgets, and timelines.

Site Supervision and Execution

• Overseeing daily operations: Direct construction activities to match blueprints, architectural drawings, and project schedules.
• Setting out and surveying: Verify precise site layouts, levels, and structural alignments using advanced surveying instruments.
• Resolving technical issues: Troubleshoot design discrepancies or site obstacles immediately to prevent costly work halts.

Quality and Safety Management

• Enforcing safety protocols: Implement and monitor workplace health and safety (WHS) plans to protect all workers and personnel.
• Conducting quality control: Inspect raw building materials and completed installments for compliance with industry codes.
• Managing materials: Track inventory levels, prevent material wastage, and coordinate timely raw material deliveries.

Team Leadership and Coordination

• Supervising staff: Guide and mentor junior engineers, technicians, and trade contractors.
• Liaising with stakeholders: Coordinate work tasks with sub-contractors, project managers, architects, and clients.
• Attending site meetings: Report progress updates, address scheduling delays, and discuss safety requirements.

Reporting and Administration

• Tracking project progress: Document daily site logs, process updates, and completion reports for upper management.
• Controlling costs: Monitor site expenditures and assist with budget and billing verifications.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
