Senior CSA Engineer

Location: Dublin

Reporting To: Project Manager / CSA Regional Manager

g2 are seeking an experienced Senior CSA Engineer to lead the delivery of Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate CSA works on site.
• Manage design reviews, RFIs, technical queries, and site issues.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Oversee quality inspections, snagging, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory, and project standards.
• Monitor programme progress and identify project risks.
• Mentor junior engineers and support project delivery.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil, Structural, Construction, or related Engineering discipline.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale CSA packages.
• Strong knowledge of construction, quality, and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
