Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning technicians to ensure efficient completion of daily cleaning duties
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules for different areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces
• Perform advanced cleaning tasks such as deep sanitation, carpet extraction, window washing, and laundry services when needed
• Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate replenishment as necessary
• Conduct quality inspections to verify cleanliness standards are consistently met or exceeded
• Manage reporting of maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate departments promptly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management
• Supervising or leadership experience in a cleaning or janitorial environment is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation protocols, and safety regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to lead teams effectively and coordinate with other departments
• Experience with laundry services and specialized cleaning equipment is a plus
• Prior hotel or healthcare facility experience is advantageous but not required

Pay: $28,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
