Senior Clerk - Scholarship Section

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clerk to join our Scholarship Section team in Jalgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including scholarship applications and recipient information.

• Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment of scholarships.

• Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.

• Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and other stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the institute's programs and services.

• Analyze data and provide insights to improve processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Experience working with institutes or colleges is preferred.
