ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Senior ClickUp Systems Integrator with strong hands on experience designing and implementing operational systems for a growing digital marketing or SEO agency.

This is a systems design and optimization role. You will work directly with the Founder and department leads to build and improve ClickUp workspaces, workflows, automations, and SOPs that help the team stay organized and efficient as the business grows.

The ideal candidate understands agency operations and can turn business needs into practical and scalable systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and build ClickUp workspaces, dashboards, workflows, and automations.
• Improve existing ClickUp systems as the agency grows.
• Develop scalable systems for managing multiple client accounts.
• Identify workflow gaps and create practical solutions.
• Build systems for client onboarding, delivery, reporting, and internal communication.
• Create clear and repeatable SOPs and process documentation.
• Help maintain quality and consistency across team processes.
• Continuously improve workflows and operational processes.
• Turn the Founders vision into practical ClickUp solutions.
• Collaborate with department leads to improve team workflows and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong hands on experience with ClickUp.
• Experience building ClickUp systems within a digital marketing or SEO agency.
• Experience supporting 50 or more active client accounts through organized systems and workflows.
• Strong understanding of agency operations and workflow management.
• Experience designing and improving systems as businesses grow.
• Strong SOP writing and process documentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong problem solving and process mapping abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Available full time, 40 hours per week.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience supporting 100 to 200 or more active client accounts.
• Experience with ClickUp native automations.
• Experience connecting ClickUp with Zapier or Make.
• Background in SEO or digital marketing agency operations.
• Experience working directly with a Founder or CEO.
• Understanding of operational systems across different stages of business growth.
