We are seeking an accomplished Senior Client Advisor to join our Beverly Hills flagship boutique. This role is ideal for a seasoned luxury retail professional with an established client following, deep styling expertise, and the ability to mentor others while delivering outstanding results.

Position Overview

The Senior Client Advisor is a top-performing brand ambassador responsible for delivering an elevated, highly personalized luxury shopping experience. This individual brings a mature client book, advanced styling expertise, and a track record of exceeding sales goals, while also serving as a mentor and style authority for the boutique team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, highly personalized luxury client experience.
• Leverage an existing client book while continuing to build and deepen long-term relationships.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs.
• Drive new business through proactive outreach, clienteling, and networking within the luxury market.
• Serve as a style authority, providing advanced, trend-informed styling recommendations.
• Demonstrate mastery of product knowledge, including craftsmanship, materials, and brand heritage.
• Mentor and coach junior sales associates on styling techniques and clienteling best practices.
• Manage special orders, alterations, and consignments with a high degree of independence.
• Maintain meticulous CRM records and lead proactive client follow-up and outreach strategies.
• Partner with management on visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation.
• Support inventory management and daily operations as needed.
• Represent the brand at trainings, events, and client-facing appearances.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of luxury retail experience, with a track record of top-tier performance.
• Established, active client book required.
• Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Deep passion for luxury fashion, styling, and client experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
• Advanced CRM proficiency and strong command of Microsoft Office.
