About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Client Advisor to join our South Coast Plaza team. In this role, you’ll be both a top seller and a leader on the floor. You’ll build lasting client relationships, help guide and motivate the team, and take charge of the store when the Store Manager is away. You’ll be an ambassador for A.P.C. through your presentation, product knowledge, and commitment to our selling ceremony, the way we welcome and serve every client.

What You’ll Do

Clients & Sales

• Meet and exceed your individual sales goals and help the store reach its targets.
• Deliver a thoughtful, personalized experience to every client according to A.P.C.’s selling ceremony.
• Make tailored recommendations across all product categories using deep brand and product knowledge.
• Build and grow a personal client book, keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Build loyalty through genuine relationships and regular outreach using our clienteling tools.

Team Leadership

• Motivate the team to hit daily goals through incentives, briefings, and leading by example.
• Make sure the team consistently follows A.P.C.’s selling ceremony standards.
• Help onboard and train new team members.

Store Operations

• Lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Help organize daily tasks and keep the store running efficiently.
• Open and close the store following company procedures.
• Maintain visual displays and the overall store image to A.P.C. standards.
• Support inventory management and help keep shrinkage below target.
• Follow company policies and take on special projects as needed.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of retail experience focused on sales and client service.
• 1+ year in a retail leadership or supervisory role.
• A proven record of building a client book and meeting sales goals.
• A genuine interest in fashion, design, and the A.P.C. aesthetic.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, organized approach on busy days.

Physical Requirements & Availability

• Able to stand and move around the sales floor for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holiday seasons, and twice-yearly inventory counts.
