Senior Client Executive

Role Description The Senior Client Executive is a full-time hybrid role based in WP Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for managing key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, and ensuring a high standard of client service and satisfaction. Day-to-day activities include understanding client objectives and translating it into clear creative briefs, monitoring project timelines, budgets and deliverables. The Senior Client Executive will require to collaborate closely with Brand Manager, Assistant Brand Manager, creative, and production teams, working effectively as a team. The role also required providing strategic consultation for designated projects proactively, contributing to proposals or presentations, preparation of quotations and action plan. It is also crucial for the Senior Client Executive to identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and manage client feedback professionally to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Satisfaction and Project Management skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, including clear written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management.
• Candidates should possess intellectual skills to analyze client challenges, provide strategic recommendations, and align branding solutions with business objectives.
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, branding, advertising, or creative agencies.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and creative processes.
• Experience in property, lifestyle, or corporate branding projects will be an added advantage.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup in WP Kuala Lumpur, with the ability to collaborate effectively both in-office and remotely.
